There was plenty in stock around me. Some stores had over 60 though most had 20 to 40. They were located in the hand tools aisle.

Every store is different.

Sign in to the Home Depot site and it will show the Inventory Count for Your selected local store along with the price and what Aisle and Bay the product is located at.

My local store has an In-Store clearance price of $11 with 65 in stock on Aisle E1 Bay 010.

Tons of these in stock in my area.
On the negative side of this flashlight, you need to take the (proprietary) lithium ion battery out to plug it in and charge it. However this probably makes it a bit more weatherproof.
On the positive, having the option of using AA's is a nice feature

Wait what? I own this flashlight and it is not true, it has a USB C plug in the back and you just charge it via the plug

You can interestingly also use it as a battery and charge a different device using this flashlight, there's a second plug for that direction

I've never tried opening it to charge the battery directly

My locals website said it has over 20 in stock. Showed up and nada. They said last 1 sold over a month ago. Definitely not accurate numbers YMMV

I stand corrected, the bottom cap is a sleeve that slides down that wasn't immediately clear. But the internal battery has a direct charge port as well

Just picked 2 up. My store had about 12 more and about the same of the 1200 lumen models for <$7, which was identical to this. The Coast lights were pretty picked over but a few remained that were less desirable.
It's pretty big for a light rocking a single 18650 inside but seems bright and well built. The dual USB C's ports are cleaver. The clicky power button glows nicely, and what I like is that if you keep it on for more than 10 seconds it's a one button off click, so easy to use.
Good buy overall. Don't hesitate for $11. I do wish the zoom tightened up the focus a bit more as it's still a little broad but come on, $11! It's a Slickdeal for sure.
