When I make Ziti, I puree these with cream cheese and add it to the tomato sauce.

Also, I puree these with cream cheese and its a great sandwich spread, or dip or to stuff celery.

recipe? i use them in sammiches, burgers, and salads. Shake Shack dices them and adds them to their regular burgers. i roast my own. throw them on the grill then flip them around until completely black. then put in pot and cover. after a few minutes the burned black skin falls right off and then i pickle them in vinegar, salt, sugar, and spices. i've got 11 bottles left before the next harvest. i dont like them in oil. i also like to use the Hungarian long red pepper variety because it's got some heat. not much, but just enough.
