Excellent mouse, if you put it at its max tilt it feels like you're using half of a gaming controller. Haven't had any wrist pain since switching to it.

Only annoying thing is dust gets into the crevice where the ball sits and can make it scratchy - needs to be cleaned out every couple weeks, but it only takes a few seconds (just pop the ball out, clean inside, pop the ball back in).

I really liked the previous version of this mouse, but would caution that the leftt mouse click was prone to failure (would randomly click/release hold) after a few years of heavy use (I had it as my work mouse, 8+ hours a day). Recommend getting the extended warranty from Asurion/Amazon.
