It always concerns me when they don't specify the blade steel. I looked it up and it is 7Cr17MoV stainless. That's a pretty low-end steel that won't hold an edge very well, but probably fine for light use.

Yep, same price as a solid box cutter. So for light work or a knife to practice sharpening it'll do.

This is the one they sent me to replace a completely different knife. (copper, D2) I gave it away on Craigslist, action was also mushy. I really just didn't want it even for free.
