People aren't lying to ya folks, probiotics in pill form are known to be very ineffective. Better to get it through foods mentioned here.

I've gotten these before; they're way overpriced for what they are and I do not recommend.

If you're going to get probiotics make sure they're microencapsulated so they reach your gut.

If you still have your appendix, congratulations. Recent studies have shown that's the place your healthy flora protect themselves from antibiotics and other nasties that attack them in the regular gut. People who still have their appendix have been found to have a more resilient gut microbiome.

Hmm, I wonder about using these as a starter for homemade soy yogurt in my InstantPot. So far, I've just used other plant-based yogurts as starters, but this has more strains. Thoughts?
