Well if they were really Panasonic batteries, then those are a great deal. However, Amazon has a huge issue with fake batteries, especially the Panasonic ones. They have issues even with Energizer ones, but those usually look like bulk packaging. The OP ones look like the retail packaging. Of course Amazon is notorious for mixing inventory with third party stock.
I have never seen those in the store before, so if these are some sort of bulk packaging, I would be leery of them being fake. I have a drawere full of fake batteries from Amazon that lasts like a 1/3 of the life of real ones.
