For me, the provided link is weird because it says the same for me, but there is an item down the page a little under "customers also viewed" that lists the item as in stock for $9.97

I bought these here in central Florida a couple of weeks back and it was free shipping I'm guessing because they had some locally. Now the nearest store that has them is an hour away and no more 9.99 price NOR free shipping. Really regret not getting at least a year worth of bags because I find them to be pretty much on par with the hefty quality I'm used to
