Ordered a bunch of these last night, delivered this morning! Not that it makes it any less of a deal, but be aware that this is NOT "brisket." This is ROUND.
So, it is likely very different in terms of the texture/marbling than the typical "point or flat" you see in stores. You may want to google the difference...

  • Texture: Firmer and slightly drier if not cooked properly.
