There is a current rebate on this item, however REBATE is NOT valid on Walmart.com. It is valid in store at Walmart and requires a B&M cash register receipt.
Typically price is $5--7 more in store, if your local store will PM to the Walmart.com price, you can get the rebate. I submitted the Pennzoil Rebate Claim #U3PXGTXXXX on 3/15/26 along with picture of my receipt of an in-store purchase at my local Walmart store, showing two 5-qt bottles of Pennzoil 0W20 Full Synthetic.
I checked on 3/25/26 and the status showed the claim was Declined because it didn't meet the promotion requirements. I called 1-888-232-5988 the same day and a rep said it was declined because the receipt didn't show my name. The rep agreed with me that receipts of in-store purchases at Walmart don't show the buyer name. He said he would escalate my claim to a higher level and I should receive an email response in 1-2 days. It's now over a week later and I haven't received any update or change in my claim status.
Would you please review my claim? Thank you.
