Glass jar liquids from Amazon? eek!

While I like this soup, I can't imagine taking this risk and then having to take photos of the mess in order to get a refund from Amazon.

I was thinking the same thing. I ordered a cased of canned soup, and they came fairly well dented.

Won't deliver to Amazon locker which I thought would be safer. Also if you try and change the quantity of the s&s, price goes back up to 3.97 per

Yeah, that's a big nope. Last month it was even a plastic bbq sauce bottle. But at least it was delivered and I was able to get ~$20 refunded. I have had 2 large S&S not even delivered due to something exploding inside.

Agree, had last month 6 Rao's sauces make it safe and then had 6 other Raos sauces failed twice during shipping before they even got delivered. Then got an auto refund.

Same! I lost 4 of 8. It was a good price too! The other 4 showed up today in a thin box with just paper between...

Amazon had some salsa cheap and the first bottle came smashed to bits and they refunded everything but subsequent orders were wrapped up pretty tight in a few layers of bubble wrap so the next four that shipped at diff times in diff orders all came out fine.

Their AI customer service refunded without asking for any pics.

I luv Rao's, but question the quality of mass-produced branded food products. 😕
