The store near me in CA even had the brown eggs for 99 cents plus they had a customer appreciation sale with 10%. I bought 5 dozen eggs, two 5 pound bags of red potatoes, three 64oz Silk almond milk, 8 probiotic sodas, and a free far jar of pasta sauce and a free reusable grocery bag...all for $18. Crazy good deal! Boneless skinless chicken breasts were also $1.99 per pound.

Prices on eggs have dropped tremendously now. I saw a piece recently about egg farmers having issues just breaking even nowadays.
