Not much of a discount, but this is the one you want. The SE models perform as well, but the slim front fans keep failing for my customers. This one has two proper fans.

From the pictures and descriptions, this one appears to have the slim front fan and the SE has the thicker front fan.

This model isn't a slim front fan, the front fan is a standard 120mm, and the mid fan is a standard 140mm. The SE models, are cost down, some have single standard fans, some are smaller 90mm, some use a slim front fan (like the Royal Knight we're seeing issues with). Specifically for the Peerless Assassin SE, it is two standard 120mm, instead of the larger mid 140mm on this model. The mix of two different fans on this model has a better sound profile, since it avoids some of the resonance of having two matched fans.
