CamelCamelCamel shows lowest price at 15.39 in June. Just a quick Google search shows a few options around $18 currently.
I have a coupon (checkbox coupon, no code) that does bring this down to $13.87. Better than any previous Amazon price or any current listing I can find easily. Probably worth a shot, especially if you have the coupon option.
Edit: Looks like the current price in the post is counting the coupon as well. Got mixed up. my bad.
