Terrbible deal. Amazon sells these in a 100pk for 9.99. The Amazon listing says the 100pk has induction hardened blades but if you cross reference the product code on lowes, lowes listing says those are carbon steel too.

Buy the 100pk. Bonus: You slide the blades out the bottom of the hundred pack, but what many people don't notice is you slide used blades back into the top end of the 100pk (it's designed for this!) and thus you have a safe, secure container to dispose of your used blades too.

All steel has carbon. Meaningless advertising. I got some Dewalt that has carbide edge but haven't used them yet. Don't know if they're worth it vs getting the big packs and throwing them away. I do prefer this than trying to sharpen knives for utility use!
