I'm not gonna lie - I don't think I trust this at all. I can't find a company associated with it and the model number listed is from a different company's adapter. Don't hook your phone up to these things blindly - I do not trust the manufacturer on this.

one thing to be careful of, even if you find a trusted vendor, most of these dongles can only pair with 1 phone, which means that if you have other family members who drive the car, they will have to disconnect this dongle and plug in wire to their phone.

please keep I mind the latency, the eBay listing states in can take up to 60 seconds to pair. Newer models might not have the lag time in displaying real time traffic apps, etc.

I assume this is a 2024 model or earlier as their (Ottocast) 2025 model has a dual core processor and Bluetooth 5.2, their 2026 has Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4.
However, for $6 and it works for you, great.
