I've been following this TV for a while and it fluctuates between 2 prices since August. This price and $1k more.

By all accounts it's an incredible TV for the price. Reviews generally state it's not worth the price difference for the QM9k.

Been debating picking this up instead of a projector but it's hard to let go of my 65" LG OLED...

My brother got a 75" before the SB for around his price and is pretty happy with it. I've also got a 65" LG OLED (CX) that I'm looking to upgrade. I think I'm going to wait another year for the 77" C6H to go on sale since they have the upgraded G series panel tech (Hyper Radiant Color).

This price just keeps bouncing here and higher, I think I'll wait for it to drop a bit further now that spring is right upon us

I think the Hisense 100" TVs are cheaper. Then again they may not be mini-LED. I forget.

This tv has 62% more area and performs much better in a bright room. I have a 65 oled in bedroom. In a dark room its great. In my living room a OLED is average at best.

Going to try to upsize from my 77" OLED. In for one.

The modal price for this since it was introduced 9 months ago has been exactly this price, $3000. Sometimes they bump it higher in order to milk an extra $1k out of those who are not price sensitive, and then fool a subset of buyers that it's "on sale" for $3000, but for 9 months it has not meaningfully gone below that baseline of $3000. I continue to patiently wait for an actual price drop, but I'm impressed they've managed to hold the line for this long.

I'd go for a qd OLED myself. They look much better imo.

The color is better, but if you're watching anything with dark scenes, they look terrible in bright rooms. As soon as any light hits the TV, the inky blacks turn to grey and it looks like an IPS TV. That doesn't happen with WOLED.
