do u think i bought defective item? mine is 10.4ah too, but it seems only like 32 mins not even 40 mins...

I have an LP80, it works GREAT as a beginner electric scooter. I have about 130 miles on mine before I upgraded out to something with better acceleration and suspension. It lasts about 45 minutes to an hour before it starts to crap out. It's pretty weak for climbing hills so expect to kick assist it up the hill, I'm 190lbs and it'll get a running charge at a hill then once it gets to about 6mph I'll start kicking with full throttle and it'll make it's way up. I loved the LP80 and the bang for the buck is unbeatable. Totally worth the price. The "10.4Ah" battery is pretty much an over exaggeration, it's not really 10.4Ah it's less. Biggest cons are the lack of suspension can make for a pretty rough ride on rough roads, and the drum brakes on the front are pretty horrible to slow down on a hill. Other than that I loved the hell out of mine, now it's a guest scooter, any of my daughter's friends are free to use it when they're over.

Oh another thing, I've read that the latch that holds the vertical stem upright can get loose and not hold anymore which I've heard has caused some crashes. The easiest fix is a zip tie around the stem to hold the latch down. No need to park it and never use it again, just zip tie fix it. That hasn't happened to mine but having heard this can happen, and I don't want my daughter's friends getting injured I zip tied mine down.

Adding a seat is also an option, however at $44 it's 1/3 of the cost of the scooter. Just be warned, the seat is HARD AF.

For a 100 bucks don't expect to go far but it works I'm big 225 I ride it like 20 minutes and it's done
