FWIW, I tried to get this at 2pm. I hesitated, went back and forth pricing the 2 bundles. It only showed me the $30 paypal once and I didnt take it. Every time after it showed $15 before going OOS. Now here at 10pm it was showing me NO paypal coupon. I just kept refreshing every couple of minutes in a second tab and it finally appeared so I pulled the trigger.
