Don't waste money on cushy insoles, they are basically a scam and will make things worse in the long run.
Instead, buy something with actual arch support like Superfeet Greens (For most people. There are other colors with various arch levels. Take a measurement to see what you need.). Better yet, if your insurance covers this, go to a podiatrist, tell him your feet hurt from being on them all day and he'll prescribe a custom insole and schedule you an appointment with someone who will shove your feet in boxes of foam so you get a perfect fit. Superfeet are generally what they recommend if you can't afford the custom ones (probably at least $1,300+ without insurance these days).

So if I like a product and seller, I cannot do anything about it.
If I take a chance and the product falls apart in my hands right after opening the package, I cannot do anything about it.
I was told there are 'tons of users who report this' ... so think of all the trash sold on that site that would have even more unfavorable reviews that do not because people are blocked from doing so.
With all that being said, 'buyer beware'. For this price, it is a cheap gamble.
