Wondering if the sim that comes with this can be used to activate a different/better phone locked to Verizon MNVOs for a year of service to get it unlocked after 365 days.

Not familiar with the TracFone billing structure. Is this good for a year subject to the 1500 limits or is there the monthly cost as well?

Sim cards are tied to the phone. Tracfone via eBay sells the same plan for $55

I switch my Tracfone SIM into some nicer Straight Talk phones I bought with the month of service, used the service and moved My SafeLink and my older Tracfone SIM cards into the better phones.
I don't generally keep using the same phone for a few years, I'm not that interested in getting them unlocked, especially since they changed the unlock policy from 60 days to a year.

Way better in my opinion. Had many of both Motorola and Samsungs (Power, Plays, A15 A16 ect) in this price range and the Samsungs run way smoother even though in many cases the specs on paper are better on the Rolas.

Good for I ne year of service. No additional monthly charge.
You can/will need to purchase additional data or minutes/texts in between, if you run out.
