I did this on the last deal and received a badly worn unit. I wouldn't bother.

Same here. Their renewed = USED. But it did have brand new brush and pads.
Used for 2 weeks and no issue other than scratches and stuffs.

i got a refurbished x10 through bestbuy (seller direct from eufy), it came non-functioning (side brush didn't spin, only one mop pad spun). I contacted them and they gave me a shipping label to send the unit to them, and then they send me another one back (unsure if it was mine (repaired), a new one, or another refurbished), but i love it, its incredible. I just wish I would've gotten a good one the first time around, it took a week to get the first one, and then 10 days to get the replacement. It's an incredible unit. I had one of the original (dumb) eufy robot vacs and it would constantly get stuck or tangled in a cord, this one has gotten stuck maybe once in the month i've had it.
shortly after, i ordered a refurbished c20 from aliexpress because I needed the lower profile for a different setting an office, and i'm not sure if its defective or just bad, but it runs around like it's drunk with no rhyme or reason. I have it boxed back up and aliexpress sent me shipping label for me to return it.
