Pretty low in nutrients at 1.4–.05–.1.0. From the product page:

1.4% Nitrogen (N) - promotes leafy green growth and overall plant vigor
0.5% Phosphorus (P) - supports root development and flowering
1.0% Potassium (K)

Organic fertilizers usually are much lower in nutrients but in forms more usable to the plant, beneficial to microbial breakdown in the soil plus you apply at heavier rates than synthetics.

This works. Got alot of new foliage from a moody ficus. I know little about gardening but the results are visible.
