If you have a microcenter near you, then you can get the vql3a for 250 before taxes. Both as per Google are identical. Vql3a has height adjustment

I'm trying to find a good deal on 34" curved IPS since last year and they seem nonexistent

VA panels are cheaper with good contrast and no burn‑in risk, while OLED looks dramatically better (perfect blacks, faster response) but costs more and can have burn‑in over time.
Simple guidance
• Choose VA if: you want a budget gaming/work monitor, leave static content on screen for hours, or just want "good enough" image and smoothness for less money.
• Choose OLED if: you care a lot about picture quality, play lots of fast games, use it mainly for gaming/media, and you're okay paying more and using burn‑in protections.

AI prepared.

Basically VA panels have their place still but OLEDs will give higher picture quality (at a higher price).

Not slamming your breakdown but basically, it doesn't matter at $270 because OLED's don't exist at this size/price point. If it is 34" curved at sub $500*....it is VA.

Saying "VA panel" in monitor threads or "soldered RAM" in laptop posts seems to have replaced people screaming posting "FIRST" at the beginning of every thread's comment section. IMO like mentioning (or complaining about) the wetness of water....

Picked up two of these from Asus for $250 each before taxes via Walmart.com. I use them for work and study mostly and very happy with them. They are suitable for my needs. I attached them to a dual monitor mount to free up desk space but the stands they came with are quite nice as well. Recommended.
