Select Home Depot locations are clearing out the M12 5.0 High Output 2 pack for $89.10.

The Home Depot website is showing this SKU as being completely OOS. However, a few of the boys on the Milwaukee subreddit have posted about finding this deal in stores today. I've never seen HD completely remove a SKU like this before, so it's probably safe to assume that many stores currently have these in stock. That being said, this is going to be a YMMV kind of deal.

Community Reviews

Milwaukee M12 12 volt XC High Output 5 amp hour battery two packs are showing up as a strong in store clearance find, with the deal price landing around $89.10 and some stores still holding stock even when the online listing says out of stock. The packs have been found in front cages, cabinets, boxes, and storage areas, so checking the store in person matters. Home Depot has also honored price adjustments within a week, and the receipt alone was enough for one adjustment. The main catch is spotty inventory and occasional employee confusion, making this a hunt rather than a simple pickup.

In-store inventory can still show the 5 Ah 2-pack even when the online SKU is removed from availability.

Some stores keep the batteries in a front standalone cage or cabinet, which can still be accessible during pickup.

Home Depot price adjustments can be handled within a week using the receipt only.

Shoppers can sometimes secure the deal price by checking the in-store clearance view in the app.
vabantha

The online link can display out of stock even when the local store has limited quantities on hand.

Finding the batteries may require visiting multiple stores or having an employee retrieve them from storage.
humaneeater winb83 vabantha
Store inventory counts can be inaccurate, and employees may refuse to check or may try to steer to a different 4 Ah 2-pack.

The in-store price shown in the app may appear higher until the in-store clearance price is specifically viewed.

Common Questions (4)

Yes. The online listing was removed or showed out of stock, but multiple stores still had stock on hand, sometimes in small quantities. It can be worth checking in person because the app or link may not reflect the actual shelf inventory.
Taco_Doomsday justyb76 Taco_Doomsday humaneeater
The packs may be in a standalone cage at the front of the store, in a cabinet, or boxed away from the regular battery aisle. An employee may need to retrieve them from storage, so asking staff or checking multiple stores can help.
humaneeater winb83 vabantha rmp0503
The deal price was confirmed at $89.10 in San Diego, with some shoppers paying around $95.56 after tax or about $99 before a later drop. The price also fell by about $10 within a few hours in at least one case.
Taco_Doomsday justyb76 Kollection vabantha
Yes. A price match or adjustment within a week was honored, and the receipt alone was enough to get it done. That makes it possible to buy first and still recover the lower sale price if the deal drops again.

If you can, I'd go in and see for yourself. The link said not available at my local store but they had 3 in stock when I went in.

Picked up 2 in Lake Worth, FL yesterday. Lady had to search around and pull them down from storage. My app showed $119 until I clicked on view in-store clearance price.
