Not that I think it'll matter for 99.95% of people but we got a notice today that Amazon is updating the Eero Pro 7 to have 10GbE ports (instead of the 5GbE ports on the original run units).

IF that matters to you, may hold for a little bit to get the newer version when they come out (we can order now but not sure about delivery timeline).

If using this deal, don't forget about the 20% discount from trading in an old router (eero or otherwise). It stacks.
Also, interesting about the updates, but I suspect they'll have 7+ units at some point; possibly updates to Pro and Max as well. Only time will tell. I will say I would have probably got the Pro if they had 10GbE ports so I don't think the change is unwarranted.
