Also important to note, is while the 7640HS and 6600H consume similar power levels, the 7640HS will average 15-20% better performance per watt. That adds up if this is used as a home server.
For practical usage, the 7640HS should be somewhere between 10%-25% faster on average, with extreme outliers in the 40% range. That really comes down to the superior 760m iGPU which is in the RDNA 3 family, while the 6600H's 660M is only RNDA 2.
