Shifty seller: "We offer 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on every item we sell" but later on : "Buyers must notify us within 14-days of receiving the item to obtain an RMA number." and "RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issue."
Their REAL return policy is 14 days.....with an additional 10 days to receive it back.
