This looks like a knockoff of the Logitech MX Master mouse line. It has all the ergonomic and button features like the left/right scroll wheel (it is a game changer if you're using wide excel spreadsheets all the time). Also connects via Bluetooth and has usb-c charging. If I was needing a new mouse and didn't want to pay $75-100 for the MX Master, I'd give this one a shot for how I feel about it. It might be a great option for people to try who want something other than the apple Magic Mouse. Someone wanting a nice mouse for a much lower price than the Logitech variant.
