anyone knows why home depot is not part of the promotion, but it's still in the "one4all" card? is that one fine for redeeming for home depot?(it is in the list of the participating retailers but never used this website before

I haven't personally tried the One4all gift cards yet, but it looks like when you're ready to redeem:
  1. Use the Redeem button or visit the redemption site: giftcards.com/one4all [giftcards.com]
  2. Select eGift(s) from participating merchants
  3. Receive your eGift(s) by email and start shopping

Tried to do this promo. Order processed for Lowes $100 gift card and then a rejection a few hours later. Called their 800 number (1-888-524-1283) and they fixed it and told me to reorder. This time it worked.
The $10 gift card can be used as a credit to future orders. I just ordered a $10 Lowes gift card with it.
