For clarity, the Walmart version has the exact same triple antibiotic.. only differences are the weight (0.50 oz vs. 0.33 oz) and Neosporin includes a minor topical analgesic. The triple antibiotic combo is found in many generic brands from online stores, supermarkets, drug stores and various dollar stores.
