Capacitive and should write at the least. Some features won't work though I'm sure. Pressure sensitivity maybe etc.

Charged fast within 15 mins to a full charge. Feels solid and it's aesthetically pleasing. Built in magnet so it sticks to the side of my iPad. Not the strongest but it has a flat along its length, to assist holding flat while magneted down versus being 100% round like a cylinder.
Individuals commented that it would turn off on them and it happened to me several times. I quickly realized though I was mistakenly touching the power button on the end of the pencil with my cheek when resting my chin in hand with pencil in hand. Once mindful of that I stopped powering it off.
For $5 each I just went ahead and ordered two more. Losing my $100 Apple Pencil made that an easy decision. Applicable models copied from the instruction manual:
