My guess is these will be like that, just a mark or two on the case. IMO order to a store for store pickup and ask to see condition before you have them check them out to you. Then you can just cancel the order if actually poor.
I once bought a 42" LG OLED that was marked heavily damaged with no accessories and it was never opened other than the tape cut lol. They just had too many open box so the manager marked each item in store as fair to clear the inventory.

Bought iPad Air excellent condition couple years ago via BB website. The charger was not the original. Went to local store and they got a brand new charger for me at no cost.
