I dont pay much attention to the health claims as much as I should, but 5g of sugar in a tablespoon means this has more sugar than a Pepsi.

Im sure most viscous sweet sauces have more sugar than pepsi. Compare probably to pancake syrup would be reasonable.

You know there's other flavors besides sweet, yeah? All kinds of sauces. I prefer sweet spicy stuff like mambo. This is basically just overpriced sugar water, and I'm usually the one railing against the health nuts on this site

All sauce is sugar; cept maybe mustard. Seasonings are salt.

This is nothing to write home about. It kinda does taste like a sugar flavored BBQ sauce. Which leaves it bland.

Good thing most people aren't drinking the whole bottle. But honestly people, 5g of sugar and 35 calories added to your meal is not that bad to add flavor.
