People like to keep an eye out for power banks with CCC nowadays because if you're traveling in or through China, you WILL have your power bank confiscated at the airport if it doesn't have the CCC certification mark printed visibly somewhere. It's a somewhat recent product compliance mandate in China following a string of incidents where power banks were catching fire on planes
