IMO...HORRIBLE PRODUCT! Returned 3 units for thermometers not working! it is the ONLY reason to buy this product. Had old version for 3 years before thermometer going out. Purchased top of the line and thermometer did not work, sent back received another same DG551 and same issue. Tried this 651 and same! I'm done with Ninja products! Probably Woot has my returns! lol

Unfortunately I had the same issue (albeit only one model) & Ninja told me to buy a new one. Wasn't the best customer service experience.

We have this one and don't like it. Everything sticks to the grill and it's extremely difficult to clean.
