Best bet is to get liquid 2-4-D concentrate and spray it on. Look for "Crossbow." It should be around $30 at HD/Lowes and 32oz will make a total of about 20gallons...enough to cover about 4 acres. The equivalent coverage would require about 8 bags of this Scott's. So the cost would be almost $200 versus $30, plus the spray-on would be much more effective.
Community Reviews
Scotts Turf Builder Weed and Feed 3 is a granular weed killer and lawn feeder best suited for lawns where clover and dandelion control matters. It has worked well on some lawns, turning weeds brown and dried out, and the coverage can be attractive for larger yards. The main catch is that it is a post emergent product, not a pre emergent, and the granules need to stick to wet foliage or morning dew to work well. Some also question the weak 1.2 percent 2,4 D formula and note it may not be suitable for St. Augustine grass, so it fits best when the lawn type and timing line up.
Lawn caretakers applying granules to a damp yard, because the product needs to stick to weed leaves or it falls to the ground and does little.
Homeowners with established lawns and visible broadleaf weeds, because it can kill clovers and dandelions while improving lawn color.
People treating a lawn where a post-emergent weed killer is the goal, because it is not a pre-emergent product.
Homeowners expecting strong weed control from a dry application, because the granules can miss the leaves and act like fertilizer instead.
Lawn owners wanting reliable results in tough conditions, because it can have little impact or even make weeds grow faster than grass.
Shoppers comparing against liquid herbicide for large areas, because the granules are much weaker and require far more product for similar coverage.
People with St. Augustine grass, because it may not be safe to use on that turf type.

I bought 8 45.26lb (now it's 33.9lbs?) bags couple years ago for $11 each.
Great SD deal.
I have had good luck with this product. Works well on my lawn. Does kill clovers and dandelions very well (turns them into dried green/brown color).
I would recommend them.
