That's up to you to decide. Can you get a different bundle with similar specs for cheaper? Do you consider 27% off a deal?
As a reference, I purchased a similar bundle that also included a free AIO for $320 but this was back in Dec/Jan and I don't know if prices have gone up or down since then.

"Based on launch-day pricing from August 2024, before recent price reductions or "rampocalypse" bundle discounts, the estimated total MSRP for the AMD Ryzen 5 9600X, a 16GB Team Group DDR5 RAM kit, and an MSI PRO B850-S WIFI6E motherboard was approximately $520–$550.

AMD Ryzen 5 9600X MSRP: $279.
MSI PRO B850-S WIFI6E MSRP: ~$149–$169.
16GB Team Group DDR5 RAM (6000MHz): ~$90–$110 (Based on standard, non-discounted DDR5 6000MHz pricing, and considering similar 16GB kits)."

Not including the AIO so I'd say not bad, not amazing. RAM and CPU prices are still inflated and not using the greatest value mobo but that may be a good thing

You are basically paying the local FB marketplace price for all 3 plus a free cooler, so it's a decent deal for the current state.

Wish the board was PCI-E 5.0 but not very noticeable from my understanding.

Yes.
All 3 bought separately is $590. The CPU + motherboard separately are $340, both of which are good deals on their own. Meaning, with the bundle discount, the RAM is only a $90 add-on ($430 bundle - $340 CPU+mobo), which is much closer to where the RAM was priced 3+ months ago. (At that time, you could get it for $80 regularly and under $60 on sale, but we have to accept that those prices are gone and will be for quite a while if the trend continues.) PLUS, it comes with an AIO liquid cooler.

You're just going to get 10 variations of the same response saying it's better than full retail. If you have a Micro Center nearby, no, not a good deal. Newegg also ran the combo without RAM recently for $290, if you want an idea of what it's worth without scalped RAM included.

For my own knowledge, because I must have missed this deal, but wasn't the NewEgg deal $290 for a motherboard built on the older 650 chipset rather than a direct comparison? Again, I might have missed it.
