I just had to return a refurb that I bought off eBay directly from Acer. It arrived with a cracked screen. They don't pack their monitors well enough so good luck to anyone who buys a refurbished monitor from them.

This was available for $100 about 3-wk ago and I got one. I think it's great. Now, HDR-400 is a bit of a marketing gimmick but that said, this monitor looks great.

Not sure how yours was packed but I've ordered 3 refurbished and they came in the bubble/air stuff. Carriers can be brutal, even with larger items.
