These are all walmart returns that they don't check over so don't be surprised if it comes cracked, missing stuff, or even an entirely different tv in the box.

well they'd be from people who put their old tv in the box and kept the onn so think 32" ancient tv. 3 of my last 5 vipoutlet orders were basically broken or the wrong item.
