I have an alert set for tea, I want tea leaves. And I constantly get everything but, including 10 million Hydro Flask posts.

is there anything I can add to my deal alert to block anything that's like says "mug" or anything of the like

The search feature seems to accept both regex and Google search syntax.
This is probably the easier one for you.
