This would be great if the batteries had type C ports.....I don't need another dock laying around. But that's a me problem.

couldnt you just leave the battery in the remote and plug the remote in? ive done that and it works for me

That works? I thought they had to be like the DINOSTRIKE Rechargeable Xbox Controller Battery Packs with the type C ports that come through the battery cover. That's great if I'm wrong.

I ordered them and in the manual it specifically says you can charge them directly in the controller via the controller port
