I paid about $100 for my Flume. It's a $20 battery swap every couple of years too.
That said, I think it's a good device. Having some water use monitor is extremely helpful for catching leaks early.
Some devices integrate a shut off valve, which is a nice feature BUT it requires plumbing the device into your water supply line. Flume just straps on to your water meter.
