While I like their PLA and PETG. I will say their ABS has some issues. Because their spools are so narrow and ABS lower density the filament ends up bulging off the spool and doesn't spin properly in my AMS. Also the winding was horrible pulling from several layers deep and getting worse over time so I had to respool the whole thing.

Maybe the winding issue was a fluke. But the bulging seems like it would be a constant. Would be wary buying 10kg if you haven't used their ABS before. Personally I will probably avoid their ABS in the future.

What exactly do you mean by bulging issues can you clarify ?

The filament pretty much goes all the way to the edge of the spool. So if you have a bambu lab AMS there is no clearance for the feeder port. So the port is constantly digging into the filament and the spool can't spin freely.

If you are not using an AMS it probably isn't an issue, but if you are you are probably either gonna have to respool it onto a larger/multiple spools or remove and throw away a bunch of filament until there is enough space.

Aah understood . I have anycubic kobra 3 with ams so yes this could be a problem. Thank you for the heads up . So alternative could be to use it as single spool until you use 100gms and then switch to ams mode .

Do you mean the Ace Pro? Looking at pictures it doesn't seem like it should be an issue since the feeder port doesn't protrude inside the roll like the bambu AMS.
