Clearance near me is ~$5 -> Willow Grove PA. Everywhere else close to me = zero in stock. A manager saw me looking around and asked what I was looking for and I mentioned clearance items - he said just take the ones they had on the shelf and he would give me that price (there were a ton and I don't have my receipt with me). He wrote a note and I got QNTY 4 (red cap) for $4 a piece.
