They also seem to carry items that are about to be discontinued. Good luck with warranty on GENDOME. I assure you they wont be around in 5 years. Look at their site they barely make any products.
I learned my lesson, buy a brand name one. Something like Ecoflow.

doesn't mean they can't decide to suddenly EoL everything and stop support though, but at least outwardly it seems better than some fly-by-night type brands that might disappear entirely within a month

Do any of the contacts show voltage when the system is on? It could just be hacked with direct contacts even if the cables are never sold. If they do some type of EcoFlow lockout bs then yeah you might be out of luck
