Select Home Depot locations are clearing out the Milwaukee M18 Forge 12.0 Ah starter kit for as low as $150.00.

The Home Depot website is showing this SKU as being completely OOS. However, this deal is currently live in stores today.

Home Depot just did a similar thing with the M12 5.0 Ah 2 pack for $89.50. They removed the SKU from the website, so the link will tell you it's OOS. But many stores will still have this item in stock. You have to go in store to track these down.

If you find one in stock, you can verify the clearance price using the Home Depot App and it's barcode scanner. These should be $150.00, but clearance prices may vary by locations, so YMMV.
