Having worked in the industry, this is NOT the case for reputable brands. While true that supplements are not regulated, reputable brands do not source much from China.

I believe this person is referencing the multiple lawsuits and investigations regarding Amazon selling counterfeit, mislabeled and contaminated product. If you do a google search of "counterfeit amazon supplements" or anything of the nature and you'll see the lawsuits and countless testimonials of people who received what looked like legitimate product just to find it was either entirely fake or contaminated. Amazon uses a "co-mingling" system for shipping product where they store all of the "same" product together, so whether you get a legitimate supplement directly from the manufacturer or you get a supplement from some random warehouse that you have no idea how it was sourced or if it was stored properly or containing the correct expiration date, etc.

Why wouldn't you?

As long as you buy from a reputable company you should be fine. I've purchased them on Amazon for a good 11-12 years instead of GNC and haven't had any issues.

Now Foods, Nature's Bounty, Nature Made, or Nutricost all have great reviews. Those are the main ones I would stick with.

no matter where you buy... supplements are not regulated.
usually some company from China makes a huge industrial size batch and these small brands just put their label on it.

In what sense? Are you asking if we trust this brand specifically? Or if the item delivered will be legitimately from this brand?
