Are any of these worth getting? Are Steelbooks the expensive versions for collectors? Are these prices close to the usual non-steelbook prices? I'm just starting to be interested in physical 4k UHD.
I'm no expert, but based on what I've seen:
For non-steelbooks, typically $8-12ish a great deal, $12-15 is a good deal.
Yes, steelbooks are more expensive cases for collectors, usually with unique artwork compared to non-steelbooks. Unique isn't always better imo.
I have no steelbooks yet but might grab one from this deal to pop that cherry.

Occasionally a steelbook has exclusive content not on the standard 4k release, but most of the time it's just fancier packaging for a significantly higher price. Some steelbooks actually have worse spindles to hold the discs where you almost have to bend the disc a bit to get it to pop out. I wouldn't recommend paying extra for a steelbook version of a movie unless it either has exclusive content or you really love the art on the case (a great example is Major League, the steelbook looks like Cerano's locker).

Yes, steelbooks are just another variety to choose; the specs on the disc are all the same as the standard slipcover choice. Just depends on if you prefer the steelbook case protection or the art used vs the standard. $15-$20 for a steelbook vs $8-$13 for standard case is usually the equivalent if looking for a really good deal.
If you want to know if the specs for a particular movie are worth it, check www.blu-ray.com though high majority of 4ks are absolutely the best choice if you have a high end TV. Especially check the forums for the particular movie as the best reviews come from other collectors.
