Not accurate. Switch games play on the Switch 2. Switch 2 games don't play on the Switch.

There's a bunch of reviews out there that explains the performance and visual upgrades. Also, there's no upgrade if you buy the Switch 1 version to play on switch 2 like they do with some games.

Thank you for the information. With the Switch 2 new firmware update, playing it handheld might not be bad for this price.

Just a heads up that this game as of this time does not have an upgrade path from Switch 1 version to Switch 2. If you want the Switch 2 version you have to buy it directly.
