The regular price of the 14.5 oz bag is $0.27/oz. This 18oz tub is $0.29/oz. Not seeing the deal here.

These are highly addictive. I first got the small bags in with an assortment. I like the tubs better because you can eat what you want and the rest stays fresh.

Nothing like seed oils and BHT to tell you how good and authentic of a product this is, heavy pass.
I checked into this and found myself lacking in knowledge about BHT. Thanks for the heads up.

Contains BHT (Butylated Hydroxytoluene): This is a synthetic (man-made) chemical derived from petroleum. It is used as a preservative to prevent oils in food and cosmetics from going rancid. Also contains seed oils which typically use hexane, another petro-chemical, in the processing.

Yeah, I stopped rewarding companies for trying to kill me slowly, spend the extra money and get something healthier. Even now these dumb companies see the game is up and are starting to make healthier products. Hidden Valley just launched an avocado only Ranch Dressing, they saw how much money Primal Kitchen was raking in on theirs and theirs is just okay and knew they had to change up their game. Same with chip manufactures who are now starting to introduce Avocado oil only chips. Those that dont change can go bankrupt. A year ago I would walk into a grocery store and 95% of the products all had seed oils.... Now I walk in and its about 90% so its getting better slowly.

Sure sounds like something you want to be eating handful at a time right.... If they are using it, it means the food itself is heavily processed too another red flag...

For the past few months, Amazon has started forcing a checkmark on me reading "Save 5% now" when I try to Subscribe & Save an item. This item is an example.

It's very annoying and deceptive, because (for example) for my April shipment, I'll qualify for -15%, but my attempt to S&S this item only gives me -5%, because it's shipping immediately. It's very clearly deliberate: it's hard to take advantage of current S&S deals when Amazon forces them to ship outside of normal S&S, which would get a 15% discount.

I've seen posters include a link to S&S that bypasses this forced "Save 5% now" checkbox. But not all posts include this. (This one doesn't.)

How do I do that?

I like to find out how to get 15% as well.
Yes I know it's such only 5% now, but on the brighter side you'll get it ASAP, at least for me we're getting it tomorrow instead of wait for the whole week for them to ship along with all other S&S items. Sometimes if too many items shipped together in 1 box, items like chips or cookies will be crushed if you also subscribed with heavy items. So it is better for them to ship separately.

I hope people keep eating seed oils, there'd be mass starvation on a world-wide scale without them.
